Good to know

Do I need separate tools for HR and finance?

No. HR, support, expenses, facilities and performance all live under one login, so people switch context without switching apps.

How is access controlled?

Each person has a role. Menus and pages follow the role, so staff see only what they need and managers get their approval queues.

Can the workspace be branded?

Yes. Set the company name, logo and theme in settings. The platform supports both light and dark, and defaults to light.

Is it accessible?

Accessibility is the floor, not an extra. Status is never shown by colour alone, focus is always visible, and both themes pass contrast.
